I’ve been skills training kids and professionals for 14 years. I’ve worked all over the world as a self employed skill trainer, most recently China and Tampa Florida
I averaged 20ppg in division 1 college basketball. Made the cover of sports illustrated for making it to the NCAA tournament. I’ve competed at the highest level, summer league with Miami Heat and Chicago bulls. I’ve been playing Pro basketball for 15 years.
My sessions are built around skill work and cardio. High intensity is a must, each drill after warmup must be done at game speed. Typically it is broken down into four 15 minute segments. Warmup, rim finishes, mid range finishes, three point finishes. Each session will have a target goal to reach, fun but challenging is the Motto.
