As a former Division 1 Collegiate high, triple and long jumper and College jump coach, I have the expertise to coach athletes beyond their limits!
I was a varsity letterman in the jumps at Penn State University. I coached jumpers at University of Chicago where we received coach of the year honors.
In teaching clients about the jumps, I focus on mental preparedness, technique and strength conditioning. Maximizing all three is critical to success!

Coach Timothy was great! He went out of his way to figure out how we could high jump despite covid restrictions and lack of equipment. We were unable to actually high jump with a bar, but the drills and techniques he taught will be valuable as she goes into her senior year of high school. Highly recommend!

Simply put.... COACH TIM IS AMAZING! When I connected with Coach it was towards the end of the season my daughter had only jumped one other time in her life. I knew she had some natural talent but in order to make it to the olympics in less than 2 months we needed lots of help. Every step of technic he analyzed and corrected, every bit of form he worked on giving my daughter the confidence to make #1 in the state #3 in the region (qualifying for junior olympics) which she would become #5 in the nation making ALL AMERICAN. Again, He was able to accomplish this with her all in less than a 2 month period of time. We are super excited to see what next year will hold for her and now her sister.
