I am an accredited NCSAA soccer coach and have been teaching soccer skills, technique and game tactics for adults and young adults. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from the coaching courses I've had and my past experiences as a player at a very high level in club and college.

My specialties include skill with the ball. passing, shooting, movement off the ball and defending, My focus on teaching is how to apply everything effectively in a game.

I develop my sessions over time based on the player's initial skill level. I'll start with a dynamic warm up and conditioning. This will be followed by skill, footwork and passing development. During this time I will be emphasizing how to think about using this in a game. After each session I want my athlete to feel an immediate, concrete improvement in his or her game.
