I always do a first meeting either zoom or in person where I can evaluate what the athlete needs it allows both myself and the athlete an opportunity to see if our personalities mesh and if we have similar goals and values. Footwork, drilling, cardio, shooting techniques, testing IQ are a few things I focus on during a session.
