Client Reviews

Coach Tada has all the equipment needed for a variety of trainings. He is very knowledgeable and explains in detail the purpose of each move/technique. I’m definitely booking future clases with Coach Tada.

Overall fantastic session. Coach “all day” Tada is awesome. He likes to be called “all day”

The notion of Sparring was always terrifying to me! But Tada helped me understand that it was all just a big game ( A super fun on at that!!!! ) Its amazing how much you burn from just moving around! I like the structure of the training as well. Super open yet very comprehensive on the subtleties of specific movements. When I was gym hopping I would do a lot of pad work yet didn't feel like I was gaining any real fight knowledge.. But having a kick or punch technique that you can try and use against Tada as you move around freely is such a simple yet effective way to actually LEARN!
