I started coaching when I was in high school at my middle school parish team. In college, I coached 15U for LAVA in Lancaster, PA. I also lead various clinics the season serving boys and girls from 2rd graders to seniors in high school. After college, I immediately started coaching at Cardinal O'Hara in Springfield. I was an assistant on the both the boys and girls varsity teams. I also began to coach for Keystone Juniors at 16U as an assistant coach. I also was an assistant coach on St. Kevin varsity volleyball for 7th and 8th grade girls.

I was a 4 year varsity player at Cardinal O'Hara High School, earning 1st Team All-Delaware County honors three years in a row. I continued my career at Millersville University where I was captain my senior year. I achieved over 1,200 digs and led the team to its first playoff birth in 10 years.

Central focus on ball control and the fundamentals of volleyball. Hard work and focus is always the most important. Fine tuning of skills will help it all come together in the game!
