More About Coach Steven

During my time at the university, I was apart of a personal training internship course in which we had several tests, hands on training/practicals and actual 1-on-1 training with a live client for the course of two months. I have trained friends and family, and educated them on ways to live a healthier lifestyle, while using proper techniques when exercising at the gym. I have my Bachelor's in Kinesiology: Exercise Science Concentration as well as I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine).

I do not have much athletic accomplishments as I only participated in Cross-Country during my high school years, as I am not much of an athlete. However, I thoroughly enjoy weight lifting and strength training , and have often helped friends train for lifting competitions.

My clients can expect to focus on cardiovascular exercises to improve their VO2MAX (good for cross country runner, 5K's, marathons), strength training workouts, HIIT workouts, and hitting any aspect of fitness they desire (Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Power, Muscular endurance, flexibility, rehabilitation, functional movement, etc). You will follow a routine for a measured amount of time while improving each week.
