More About Coach Steven
My coaching experience includes coaching one year of high school athletics and five years of college athletics. I currently am the sprint and hurdle coach for Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey. I have worked with all ages, male and female, from 14-25. I am also CPR/AED and First Aid Certified and currently hold a USATF Level 1 Coaching Certification.
As an athlete I was a 2008 New Jersey State Champion in the 110 Meter hurdles. I also ran 3 years at Gwynedd Mercy College where I was a First Team All Academic First Team selection and a First Team All Conference runner.
In a typical training session a client can expect to get a great productive workout while understanding the fundamentals and basics of each exersice. Clients can also expect to receive a great deal of teaching and encouragement throughout the workout keeping moral and enthusiam high at all times. I can work with beginning runners and also experienced runners.
