More About Coach Steth

I (Coach Roe) am the Founder/C.E.O and head coach of Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics, was a student-athlete at Campbell University who earned his Bachelor Degree in Science-Biology. Also is a certified ISSA fitness trainer and IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) Speed & Agility Trainer.

Post graduation, I was blessed with the opportunity to continue my football career on a professional level playing for The Wyoming Cavalry, a professional indoor football team based in Casper, Wyoming.

I teach my athletes how to fall in love with the process instead of the results, because it’s ultimately the “process” that defines a person and builds character! Sessions typically start with a dynamic warm-up routine followed by footwork activation and technique implementation then we go into the bulk of the workout with the client's needs.
