More About Coach Stephen

I have coached and trained athletes from youth to college level in NJ, FL, Guam, China and Czech Republic. Have worked many camps for Division 1 schools.

Former NBA player with the Philadelphia 76ers. Also, played overseas in China, Czech, Dominican Republic and minor leagues in the US - a total of 6 years of professional basketball. I also, played Division I basketball at Rider University in NJ and graduated in 2005. I was able to play with, and learn from some of the best players and coaches out there.

I specialize in drills for centers and forwards with an emphasis on details. I believe footwork is the most important skill for a big man to master and I am experienced in teaching it. I am also up to date with the evolving role of big men and how they can perform effectively in today's high school, college and professional environments. I encourage feedback from athletes to fine-tune their skill set and improve on any weaknesses.
