Hello I am a certified personal/group Trainer. I have trained Boxers, Football Players at the college level. With goals ranging from strength and conditioning to power, speed and agility. Also women and men who are just looking to get in shape or children looking to stay healthy.

I have competed at the High School level in Track and Field and Football at Miami Senior High School. The rewards i received were lessons and character changes necessary to become a great person in life. Patience, self control, team work and skill application.

My sessions are personalized so ill ask some preliminary questions to gauge your level of fitness and skill. Also your first session will be evaluatory. Once all necessary information is collected a regiment specific to your goal(s) would be implemented. All session start with a warm up proceeded by stretching then the actual exercise, followed by stretching!
