More About Coach Shannon

I have been working with athletes of all ages and sports in the area of mental skills training for the past 10 years. I work with recreational to elite level athletes, specializing in peak performance and helping injured athletes recover and return to sport.
My business started in Rochester, NY and I now reside just outside of Stowe, VT.

I played soccer in Rochester, NY for the Jr. Rhinos/Empire Soccer Club, Olympic Development Program (ODP) and then Ithaca College. I also ski raced briefly due to a knee injury and coached ski racing.

Each of my athletes' receives an individualized plan that is tailored to what the athlete wants to improve on. Examples of what athletes see me for are confidence building, self-talk, dealing with anxiety/nerves, and focus. The athlete and I develop a "tool box" of skills and techniques that they can apply in their sport.
