More About Coach Shae

My own personal experience would be playing collegiate level at Concordia University Ann Arbor and I have coached/trained ages 5-25 years old. I was an Assistant Coach for the RTJAA minor 76er’s and for the RTJAA major Thunder. I also host camps between 50-100 kids through a company called BreakThrough Basketball, and my most recent position is an Assistant Coach for the Michigan Tar Heels 11U.

I am CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
I have my concussion certification as well

You can expect with a typical session from me aggressiveness and skill development. Normally, each drill is specifically for the individually player I am training at that moment. My sessions last an hour and a half, from the first thirty minutes being warmups and stretches that also include ball handling warm ups and form shooting. Then, the last hour will be drills that I believe the player will gain from.

Depending on the facility we use and how old the player is will depend on the fee it costs to get into the facility.
