More About Coach Sela

Hello, I'm Sela and I am a fitness finatic!
I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Sports Science, 4 years of personal training experience, 2 years of group fitness experience (working with people of all ages from 3-80), and I am a certified yoga instructor. I can help you reach your goals and make it enjoyable during the process!

-I was a personal trainer at the University of Utah
-I have a 200-RYT certificate
-Currently working towards a high level personal trainin certificate with ACSM
-Have worked with senior citizens and kids
-Have experience with exercise testing
-Experience guiding meditation

I specialize each session to my clients specific goals and fitness level. Although each program is different for every client/session, everytime I start training a new client our first session will consist of a fitness assessment in order to asses your current fitness level, you goals and starting point (in order to track progress). After that I will create a fun and challenging plan consisting of exercise, activities and mindfullness exercises to help you reach your goals!
