More About Coach Sebastian

My name is Sebastian De Rada. In my experience as a college soccer player, I have been involved with coaching mostly younger kids. Usually 6-11, I have done private lessons and have also coached at various soccer camps. Since I have some experience with kids and I am very good with teaching the kids the game. Knowing the game of soccer is very important in coaching. Not only that but being comfortable with the kids and teach them the right way.

I played division 1 soccer four years at Loyola Marymount University. And I am currently playing in the premier development league (PDL) with golden state Missioneros. I won a WCC championship with LMU as well as earning multiple awards throughout my career. I earned offensive player of the year for LMU as well as 2nd team all WCC twice.

A client can expect a full training session with activities that are soccer related but also fun at the same time. I personally would start with a warm-up and stretch. Then move to some passing drills. A bit of finishing and crossing. And finally end with a fun game. Can cover all aspects of the game. Defense, midfield, forward. Also shooting, passing and dribbling.

Client Reviews

Great coaching, incredibly experienced and helpful.

It was my sons first session and he had a great time and learned a lot, you can tell that coach Sebastian is very knowledgeable and passionate about coaching, strongly recommend coach Sebastian.👍👍

Coach Sebastian is an awesome coach. My son improved in just one session. He's very encouraging, positive and very skilled coach. We will definitely schedule more session with coach Sebastian.

Although my daughter who is 11 yrs old has had only one session with coach Sebastian he made her very comfortable (She's very shy in the beginning). Coach Sebastian's drills were very well paced, no wasted time in between drills. I was so impressed with him I purchased an additional 5 more training session with him for now a total of 10. Looking very forward to have him train my daughter!!! Thanks Coach!!
