More About Coach Scott

I am a 4th Degree Black Belt with the World Taekwondo Federation and a 1st Degree Black Belt with the ATA. I am the former owner of Sidekicks Martial Arts and have trained all levels from white belt to advanced black belt.I have over 30 years in the martial arts. I am also Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA and a former Naval Physical Fitness Trainer.

4th Degree Black Belt-WTF. 1st Degree Black Belt-ATA. A certified CQCB instructor SFC. I am a former Command Physical Fitness Coordinator- US Navy. A graduate of Lanier Technical College- EMT.I have also worked and trained in the private security industry. This includes training law enforcement and security officers.

A basic session would depend on skill level and interests. Whether art, sport or self defense. The session would include warm up, skill training or self defense. I tailor the session to the goals of the client. This may be technique improvement, conditioning, fitness or self defense. I am well versed in all of these areas.
