More About Coach Scott

I've worked in the fitness industry for almost three years now with the last two years being spent in a high-end luxury health club. Prior to my career in the fitness industry my experience comes from high school and college athletics as well as off-seasons spent working with my own private coaches.

I like to begin my sessions with about 15-20 minutes of core strengthening followed by a 40 minute fitness program that I will create specifically for each and every client based upon their unique needs and personal goals. I specialize in functional movement, weight loss, improving flexibility and muscular strength, conditioning, circuit training, small group training, and sport specific training.

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and I am more than happy to commit myself to helping them improve their health as long as they are committed as well. Food is one of my biggest passions but I am a firm believer that proper nutrition is the foundation of a healthy body.
