More About Coach Sander

I’ve coached multiple camps for my university. I’m a coach for Gateway Rush in St. Louis for players against from 5-16 years old. I’m about to get my license to become an independent coach for more clubs.

I compete on the highest collegiate level now. Back in Norway I played for the second team of a professional club. I’ve made it to “team of the year” many times in Norway. I’m usually in the top of most points for every club I’ve played for.

Hard work and relevant drills and technical abilities that actually works in a game. Being efficient as possible on the field.
Good warmup. Different types of passing, then working on first touch. Finish with some shots and 1-1. After I want to touch on the mental side of soccer and how to prepare for a game.

Client Reviews

Sander always has awesome drills and is great at helping me with the technical aspects of the game. He’s great about stopping me, talking out what’s wrong and how to fix it and starting over from there. He’s also very encouraging and does the drills and plays with me, which allows me to see how he does things and also makes the training more fun since there’s someone going through it with me. I’m noticing improvement in my passing and defensive skills and also being able to read the ball and other players better. Sanders great to train with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get better at soccer!
