I am a Sport Performance Coach and Director at a youth athlete facility in Redwood City CA. I have a little under 15 years experience coaching youth athletes from 8-18 years old in attributes such as elasticity, agility, speed, mechanics, strength, conditioning, all for sake of optimizing their athleticism/physicality. Academically my credentials are:

M.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College
B.S. in Exercise Science from Becker College
B.S.E. in Physical Education from Arkansas State University
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Functional Movement Screen Certified (Level 2)
Neuromuscular Therapist (cervical/cranium, torso/pelvis, upper/lower extremity)

In high school I competed in all varsity team sports but track and football were primary. In college I was a D1 football athlete. After college I went on to coach Strength&Conditioning for pro and collegiate athletes but then became even more specific towards youth demographics because I saw the value was higher and gains much greater for the youth athlete population compared to adult athletes.

- Schedule the athlete’s initial assessment.
- Training session is coached in a 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 ratio of Coach-to-Athlete.
- All training sessions are 75 minutes long.
- Training frequency for youth athletes are logistical and sport dependent, ranging from 1-2 times per week during in-season periods and 2-6 times per week during off-season periods.
- Training sessions are specific to athlete needs (elasticity, agility, speed, mechanics, strength, conditioning, etc are determined and apportioned after the initial assessment).

Coach Sam at PSS has made a massive difference in my sons athletic development and I couldn’t be happier with his progress. My 16 year old son has been training at PRECISION since he was 9 and has not only greatly benefited from the experience but also remained injury free! He is hitting puberty both strong and balanced. Aidan is a very active athlete, since training with PRECISION he is performing better than ever on the field. He is faster, more explosive, and has better reaction times. Training 2 times a week year round has tremendously improved his overall athleticism. Aidan and I are very proud of the results he’s experiencing and he never wants to miss a training session.
