I am the head varsity softball coach for Marlboro High School. I run off-season workouts for my softball program (mod, JV, varsity) year round. Ages 12 and up are my specialty. I have two section 9 championships and 1 New York State Championship.

I was a four-sport athlete in high school (baseball, basketball, football, track and field). I played college football as well. I have many awards from all my years playing sports.

A client can expect a very thoughtful and thorough workout with me. They will be pushed and motivated to each and every session. I will get the best out of them evey day. Their skills, fundamentals, technique and knowledge of the game will improve dramatically. A large focus area will also be speed and strength training. Getting your body shape neccessary to perform at a high level and reach your goals.
