More About Coach Ryan
I’ve been doing personal training for the past 3 years, 2 years in Austin and this is my 1st year back home. I have experience training ALL LEVELS. Professional athletes, Elite High School players, college athletes, and the youth(ages7-13).
I started my college career at a JUCO (Arkansas fort smith) where I won a JUCO National championship. Transferred my 2nd year to Midland JUCO and won back to back championship as the starting point guard. From there I did 2 years at the University of Louisiana Lafayette and went on to live out my professional basketball career. Play 6 years as a professional athlete and each year received first team honors.
Each session I make sure the client leaves out knowing something they didn’t know before no matter how big or how small. I’m very big on “ Paying attention to detail”, so they can never say they didn’t learn the correct way.
