More About Coach Rory

I have 18 years of experience as a professional athlete and in the fitness and sports industry worked as a strength and conditioning coach for varies athletes and bodybuilding, MMA, wrestling, Spartan Racing ,triathletes. I possess a metabolic strength and conditioning coach certification from NESTA, Sports nutritionist and master personal trainer certifications from ASFA.

I have competed at the professional level for over a decade my athletic accomplishments include a four-time baseball champion 3 time wheelchair track champion and a three-time bowling champion in the Special Olympics. I am also a three-time world State national powerlifting champion and record holder in the WNPF and a two-time natural mr. Olympia bodybuilding champion and the INBA/PNBA.

A client who trains with me can expect Dynamic tension workout and metabolic conditioning workouts to help naturally increase human growth hormone and testosterone levels for building lean muscle and increasing metabolic output for them to perform at an optimal level from the start of the game till the end!

I trained with Rory last year and he really made a difference in my weight loss and healthy living journey. Although he pushes and challenges you, he provides the support that always makes you feel encourage and never discourage! Rory Koonce is an excellent trainer and he knows what’s talking about. He listens to what your needs are that matters because most trainers don’t do that, he asked the right questions about what my eating habits are so he can come up with the correct meal plan that fits me so I can eat what I want and still lose weight at the same time. The different workouts he had me do were very intense and hard but if I ever had a question during or after the workout he would answer the question and give me tips so that the next time I did the work out it would go a lot smoother and be a lot more effective the second time around. I would recommend Rory to all my friends
