Training programs go for about 12 - 20 weeks depending on the time of year and when the client or athlete as their season or goal date.
Athletes' weight lifting time varies, 1 to 1 session time is usually 60 minutes unless the client asked for different.

20 min warm-up and stretch
10 min activation
30-60 min weight lifting (depending athlete and their age)
5-10 cool down
As athletes learn the warm-up and activation drills, they can come in 30+ minutes early to do them on their own. Then workout will become 45-60 minutes long depending on their level of fitness.

Track day for athletes
30 minute warm-up and drills on grass
45-70 minutes track workout including breaks and rest

I can’t recommend Shelton highly enough. My husband & I had a 1 hour PT with him when we were on vacation in LA from Scotland. I follow Shelton on IG and though it was the hardest hours training we’ve both done 😰he was great to train with, fab variety of exercises and great help on technique & generally nice guy ...he was super helpful with any queries I had before leaving Scotland and any I’ve had since getting back on training & diet, always very quick to get back. We’d go back in a flash if we lived closer!!
Stretch is all you can ask from a personal trainer extremely professional and caring. He also gave me some great stretching tips to help my ongoing back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
Stretch is one of the best personal trainers there is. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his craft. I’ve been working out the majority of my life, but whenever I go in for a session with Stretch I always learn something new and my form and strength gets better every time. Amazing personal trainer! If you're looking to lose weight, tone up, or have someone to motivate you to achieve your goals, I highly recommend hiring Shelton. I've never had a proper trainer before (especially one on one), so I was nervous to begin this journey, but Shelton is super friendly and professional. In just a little time, I see results, and I'm learning a lot on how to properly workout. Shelton focuses on proper form and how to not injure yourself. I've always found the gym to be intimidating and stuck to the treadmill and simple ab workouts (which is not effective), but after a couple of sessions with Shelton I feel confident in myself and my newfound knowledge on gym equipment and movements to target certain areas (and most importantly how to do it all correctly). I'm excited to continue learning and growing from Shelton, and I highly recommend him if you're ready to make a life change. (He’s also incredibly patient!)
