My first session we assess the athletes strength and weaknesses. We will go through a mobility, flexibility test to measure anything out of line along with a body composition test. We then talk about goals and past performance, metal barriers, and nutrition.
I go through and teach dynamic drills and focus strongly on strength to build a foundation to rely on. My focus is on technique and mobility throughout movements.
