More About Coach Roderick
I’m a former Division 1 track and field coach specializing in sprinting and jumping. Additionally I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach so training is all inclusive and can include weightroom exercises if requested.
Track athletes coached have been Jamaica national champions and Olympic trials finalists in the United States.
My training is cross platform and I have a long history of coaching football, baseball, basketball players privately towards D1 and D2 scholarships.
