As a Wrestler in School I enjoyed the one on one competitions but still being a team sport. I took some Karate and Jiu-Jitsu following that and found that the biggest problem for most was endurance and strength kept most from achieving their goals. So today that is what I offer Wrestlers and Martial Artists is the opportunity to diversify their skills by drastically increasing their strength, endurance, and recovery times for their timed sports. As a Master Trainer I have Personal Training Certifications with NASM, NCSF, WKC, a Corrective Exercise Certification with NASM, a DotFit Nutrition and ShareCare Certification. My Training has extensive experience and background in FMS Functional Movement Screening, Post and Pre Natal Fitness, Strength and Grip Training. I believe in constantly learning new techniques and adapting the clients workout programs to create muscle confusion for increased development in Strength, Balance, and Core Development. From Skinny to morbidly obese, From Wimp to Warrior, I enjoy the challenge of providing you the workout routine that nobody else would provide you because I custom design it to your needs not my own. Elementary and High School Wrestling to include 8 mile a day running regime until I joined the Navy where I served during wartime on the elite submarine force.

5 min cardio warmup followed by strength and endurance training while evaluating weaknesses for further specific training. Kettlebell, dumbell, weightlifting, with some grip strength and mental toughness coaching should not come as a surprise!

My son is 8 years old and in wrestling and I felt he really needed help with his grappling skills and take down moves. My son felt comfortable, which I feel is very important, and he explained to my son, and I, things he was going to focus on and why and explained why it would benefit him with his wrestling.
