My career started in the hospital based fitness and wellness centers with vast training of clients of all levels and goals.
As a Master Trainer I have Personal Training Certifications with NASM, NCSF, WKC, a Corrective Exercise Certification with NASM, a DotFit Nutrition and ShareCare Certification.
My Training has extensive experience and background in FMS Functional Movement Screening, Post and Pre Natal Fitness, Strength and Grip Training.
I believe in constantly learning new techniques and adapting the clients workout programs to create muscle confusion for increased development in Strength, Balance, and Core Development.
From Skinny to morbidly obese, From Wimp to Warrior, I enjoy the challenge of providing you the workout routine that nobody else would provide you because I custom design it to your needs not my own.

From lettering in high school wrestling to an 11 year Navy Career the one thing I loved most was wrestling being a team sport built on individual challenges. The thing I hated most was last minute weight losses because nobody prepared in advance. I learned to run 7 miles a day to overcome metabolic challenges as a teenager. After many medical setbacks I learned to overcome any challenge, aches or pains. There is always something you can workout when part of you is broken, never give up we can overcome our challenges.

Cardio respiratory endurance is the name of the game. We lift for strength to increase our fat burning metabolism, we do cardio for endurance and burn off extra carbs, and speed drills for muscle memory and quickness. Our strength is developed through endurance so muscles are stronger without the bulk. You must be able to perform at 100 percent for 6 minutes or you will give away the win to your opponent. DO NOT GIVE AWAY THE WIN! Do not give up on your goals!

My son is 8 years old and in wrestling and I felt he really needed help with his grappling skills and take down moves. We had our 1st session with coach Bob, he was very friendly and focused on my son. My son felt comfortable, which I feel is very important, and he explained to my son, and I, things he was going to focus on and why and explained why it would benefit him with his wrestling. We are looking forward to our next session and the plan coach Bob has for my son. My son didn't want to leave which tells me this is a move in the right direction and coach Bob is the right person.

Thomas V. just left you a review: At the age 47 and a little out of shape, I needed to get in top physical shape for a police academy. (In New Jersey the age limit for police officers is 35, but there is no age limit for correction and sheriffs dept)...... so I new if I wanted this job in corrections, I had to be ready, and if anybody has been to any police academy, you know it's a para military atmosphere. Screaming at you from day one, not caring about your feelings. Their only concerns is that you will be physically and mentally strong in law enforcement environment. The first Day I walked in, I talked to Bob about my mental and physical weaknesses, and he told me not to worry, and to listen to everything he had to say moving forward. I literally felt at ease from that moment on. Now it wasn't always easy, Bob pushed my mental and physical abilities beyond I thought I could ever reach, and after 6 months of running, sprinting,spinning,rowing,pull-ups, push-ups, weight training, jump roap, etc., I found myself in the best physical and mental shape of my life. Bob is more than just a trainer, he is a trainer, a life coach, a friend, (and even an enemy, lol when he had to be). I am proud to say that on July 12, 2016 I graduated as a New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission corrections officer, cycle 29 and have been working in the jail ever since, and I couldn't be happier about my new career in law enforcement, but most of all, I couldn't of been happier about the choice I made walking into Bob's studio, because I know I could have never done it on my own. As an athlete in Tennis, Golf, and Cycling I find the Sports Conditioning offered by Coach Bob challenging and specific to my needs.
