I have coordinated a Summer speed, agility, and strength&conditioning camp for the past 13 years.
I was trainer for 2 years at Velocity Sports Performance, where I trained athletes of both genders with an age range from 7-19 years old.

Keller HS 3 Yr Letterman Football,Basketball,& Track (Numerous All-District Honors in Football & Basketball, with District championships and Playoffs runs in both sports; as a senior, I was nominated for the McDonald’s All American basketball team; District Championship in track & field, and a medalist in the triple jump at the District meet).

I received a full scholarship to play quarterback at Eastern New Mexico University, before transferring to Norfolk State University for my sophomore season. Upon finishing my career at Norfolk State, I was in the top 3 all time for passing yards and total offense. I received conference player of the week a few times over my career.

Thorough dynamic warmup
- Speed work progression focusing on proper running mechanics (ex. arm action, body positioning, dorsiflexion, ground prep, recovery focus, start, acceleration, and max velocity)

- Various Drills from A & B skips, fast leg, straight leg shuffles, straight leg bounds, stride length (wickets), mini hurdle work, and wall drills.

- Agility work work would include numerous multi-directional drills; including but not limited to cone drills, lateral resistance training, and mirror drills.

- Plyometric drills are also worked in, to work on explosiveness, the ability to be explosive laterally, and the ability to be explosive at the start of a race or drill.
