I Have Coached for a little over 9 years with age group ranging from elementary all the way up to high school. I have worked with athletes who participate in basketball and football. I Have coached qbs at the middle school and high school level. Personal Coach for basketball for a couple of years as well.
All region QB and four Star athlete coming out of high school. Played collegiate QB at Campbellsville University where I started after my red shirt year. Named offensive player and most improved.
A typical session with me will be a tense but not overdue! It will start with warm-up session, following a slow down technique session. Than a fast pace workout session will come in effect with some speed drills and A LOT of stretching!
