More About Coach Riana

I been training for 4 years. I've worked with Kids in the Game, Asphalt Green and Sports & Arts Foundation, all as a Basketball specialist/coach.
I have train from the age of 5 and up, from kids to high school, college, and pro.

I played collegiately at Mercy College (Division II) in Dobbs Ferry, NY. After graduating, I went off to play professionally in Mexico. I've played semi-pro in Mount Vernon for the WABA. I played in a few tournaments in Puerto Rico

Typically my session start out with dynamic stretching to loosing up your body. We'll get right into 20 minute dribbling and shooting warm-ups. 10 min dribbling warmups will be focus more on your less dominant hand. 10 min shooting warmups will consist of form shooing and some free throws. After warmup, we will get into fundamentals you aren't that well in. We'll do pro moves, combo dribbles moves to the basket or pull-ups, transition 3's, etc. Expect some cardio! After each drill, you do full court sprint then must hit 2 free throws. Last 10-15 of the session will be an endurance challenge, where you have to do a number of either push-ups, core work, plyometrics. We end the session with 10 makes at the free throw line and then a full body stretch.
