More About Coach Rene
I have over 20 years of experience coaching, training and evaluating athletes. I coached elementary, middle school, high school, and college level athletes. Ages 5 and up I have coached. I'm nationally certified personal trainer from NASM and AMFPT.
Track and field athlete at Lehman College from 2011-2013. Ran the 400 meters, 800 meters, and all fields events. In high school went St. Raymond's high school for boys was the basketball team manager for freshman, JV and varsity teams from 1992-1995.
Typical session we will go through a proper warm up, flexibility training, then ball handling drills, footwork drills, defensive drills, playmaking drills, and then shooting drills. I will also put in strength and conditioning workouts.
