More About Coach Rashad
1 year of coaching on a intermediate level, private sessions and small groups held by myself. Age group ranges from 5-18. Do not have any industry certifications.
Awarded most valuable player twice in leagues prior to high school , won most offensive player senior year in HS. Selected for highschool county all star game. Played 2 years at Motlow state community college. Played 1 year at east central university a division 2 school in Oklahoma.
Client can expect to magnify his/her confidence and knowledge every session we have. High in detail on conditioning and in game scenarios. Warming up with 1 hand and 2 hand ball handling with full court lay ups , isolated cone drills and latter footwork. Then practicing jabs , shot fakes , and coming off screens. Finishing off the workout with go to moves and strong finishes at the basket.
