More About Coach Rashad
Hello, my name is Rashad Daniels and I'm the Director of Performance at Northwest High School, I previously was the head strength coach at Kapaun Mt. Carmel high school in Wichita KS before that I was the assistant strength coach at Rutgers University and Boston College. Right now I work with youth kids, middle to high school and professional athletes. I have my cscs certification which is the certified strength and conditioning specialist
I was a 3 year starter at Murray State University, played wide receiver and all special teams. After that I played 4 years arena football for the Wichita Wild & Force
Can expect to learn the fundamentals and the ways of properly train how to lift. Getting stronger and faster, working on explosive movements and learning how to run with correct form to run faster. We may start off with a dynamic warmup then get into a speed session with sprint mechanics then running movements wheather its sled, tire pulls or resistance runs after head to the weight rm lower body movements 1st your power movement cleans, high pull or power cleans then into squats and then some accessories movements
