More About Coach Randy

I am currently an Assistant Coach/Intern at the Santa Monica College Sports program. I am, also, in a mentorship program with TDAthletesEdge by Tim Difrancesco (Former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Lakers). I've typically worked with kids in their early teens to young adults.

I played baseball and basketball in High School. I've also coached basketball youth travel teams from 5th to high school level for the last 7 years.

A client should expect a good warm up to start. The warm up will have both static and dynamic warm up exercises. I will focus on both sport specific drills and techniques. Change of direction, explosive, and speed movements will be associated in the plan. I will, also incorporate some strength and power exercises so the athlete can perform at its peak.
