My 7 year old loves training with Rachel. Before he started with her, he was saying that he wanted to quit his track team. Now he’s eager for the new season to begin.

Rachel is really exactly what you want in a trainer -- well organized and prompt and easy to communicate with, and fun and thoughtful -- but also pushed my son hard enough that he's sore, and eager to run again.

My 10 year old son plays competitive soccer and we wanted to work on his short distance speed and form. This has always been a challenge for him as he is rather big and tall for his age. Rachel was extremely helpful in achieving our goals.
Rachel is very kind and communicates in a positive tone. She gave very specific workouts and visualizations to improve my son's running form. Rachel also gave detailed post-workout reports that were very helpful in understanding the method and the progress. My son was very comfortable running alone with Rachel through the park.
After 5 sessions we were able to see the benefits of her instructions, as my son's soccer coach noted his great improvement and his peak performance.
Rachel is a great coach and we are looking forward to more sessions to help build upon the success.

Exactly what I was looking for. Rachel pushed me harder than I normally push myself, but not so hard that she broke me. Also, she gave me a shortlist of pointers and things to work on, but not an overwhelming deluge of them. She seemed to listen to what my goals are and aren't, and structured our time together in light of that.

Coach Rachel was great. She has the right balance of encouragement and drive for a novice like myself. I know I will reach my goal of running my first 5K in seven weeks.
