The first time I meet a client, I want to learn about them. I want to understand their athletic experience and goals. From there, I will help develop a training plan to help achieve their goal. My specialty is in middle and long distance running, though I have had success with the short sprint events. I am a firm believer in that any goal can be achieved if you put your mind and heart into it.

Workouts will depend on what the event and goals are. A typical session will include a discussion to teach what the goal of the training session is so that the client is learning what and why they are doing this specific training. I share my advice and experiences and make it a goal to coach your confidence and self-esteem because with that, you will accomplish anything.

With my previous teams, I created monthly training calendars for them to have and refer to so that they can see how their training will unfold.

Coach Peter was very responsive and adaptive to my requirements/goals. He set a reasonable schedule and did not set false expectations. I've always struggled improving my times and distances but within a short period of time I saw significant improvements in my timings without resulting in injuries or fatigue.
