Over the years, I have worked closely with young athletes, college athletes, and everyday people. My primary focus has been working with men and women striving for athleticism, fat loss, muscle development and an overall healthier lifestyle. My challenging, time efficient, and innovative workouts, have been proven to get people the results they’re looking for, without spending endless hours in the gym.

Years of Experience: 7 Years of Fitness, Basketball, and Personal Training Experience

From a very young age, I was always into sports, outdoor activities, and anything that had to do with being active or working with others. I developed a passion for basketball and went on to play at the college level; where I was able to compete against some of the best athletes in the world.

Like I previously mentioned, I played college basketball at the Division I & II level, and was named to the Academic All Conference team for my excellence on and off of the court. Since then, I have continued to develop college athletes and prepare them for competition, just like I once did for myself.

My training sessions, whether they are sports specific or general fitness related, will consist of a 10 minute warmup, 30-40 minute workout, and a 10 minute cool down. I primarily focus on building the cardiovascular (heart) health, the muscular endurance, the muscular strength, and the functional flexibility of my clients. I believe in making everyday life easier, which means that I will make the most of our time working out, so you can make the most of your time living life.

I was losing my athletic ability from my younger days. I couldn't do what I used to do and it was disheartening. Percy’s coaching gave me a sense of direction to where I need to be and what I would need to do.
