More About Coach Paul

I have work with training athletes for about 3 years now. I’ve coached with kids from all ages and have a passion for making young people better.

Played football at LSU and Louisiana tech University. Then had the opportunity to play in the NFL for three years with the Philadelphia eagles, and New England Patriots.

A typical WR session would start with some footwork drills and mechanic work. Next we will focus on cone work and a few basic routes to see where the athletes are skill level wise. Last we will always finish with catching balls.
