Train all types of offensive skill players. I use the knowledge I've learned from being in the game at the Division 1 level and apply that to the athlete's specific needs. All players are on different levels and I can assess that after one meeting. Typical workout will include skill sets that the athlete can immediately use in their competitions and will include understanding why they are doing a specific drill.
