Growing up in England I played soccer since the age of 4 and was fortunate enough to play at a good level, in a full time academy and was afforded the opportunity to play in such stadia as Loftus Road, home of Queens Park Rangers and Wembley, home of the English National Team. Playing for my school, clubs and college have helped me to learn how the game is played, how players think and what works best for them in the differing situations that they face - from striving to be a professional player, to simply wanting to enjoy the game more and better themselves.
I enjoy watching the game and playing still, so that I continue to learn and think like todays players, at all levels.

Before establishing a session plan and periodized long-term plan for the player it is important to first establish goals, level, position and overall desires of the player before tailoring training plan. Every player learns differently and improves based upon differing levels of both instruction and ratio of technical to tactical training, as well as blending the right balance of hard work, challenge and enjoyment.

Assessments and work away from the field will also be given.

Client Reviews

I have coached alongside and against Paul for 7 years. Paul knows the game, loves the game and takes more pride in his coaching and development of any player that he works with than any coach that I have ever come across. Be it for high school players, Academy-level youngsters or those just starting the game - Paul is a great person to have work with players individually, in small groups or in teams. Paul has a great ability to relate the game to players of all levels, combines a modern approach with a highly technical approach to player development, with a fun yet hard working style that players just love and fosters great development.
My son has worked with Paul as a player at his club for 4 years and individually for 2 years. Paul has tailored an individual program to enhance his enjoyment of the game, understanding of the position that he plays and has enabled him to be far more comfortable on the ball and play the game to a much higher level. We plan on continuing to work with Paul and use him as a resource throughout his soccer life, such is his knowledge of the soccer landscape and his ability as a coach and mentor
Paul coached my son for three years, over the three years my son's technical ability, game understanding and overall development improved dramatically as well as his enjoyment of the game. My son has been recognized by league representative teams and DA Academy programs and Paul's role in this has been instrumental. Paul has a terrific way of working with teams and also individual players within it and we would recommend any player of any level to work with Paul
