More About Coach Patrick
Over the past 7 years I have coached and worked with lacrosse athletes in the youth, high school and collegiate level throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
I currently playing Professionally for the New York Lizards of the MLL, and formerly played with the Florida Launch and Chesapeake Bayhawks. I am a 2015 graduate of Loyola University (MD) and was a member of the 2012 Division 1 National Championship team. I was a 3-year starter on defense at Loyola and earned 1st Team All-Patriot League and All-American honors.
Group sessions consist of small-field scrimmaging with advice/feedback related to real-game situations. Footwork, stick-positioning, and overall field awareness are incorporated during sessions. 1 v 1 sessions will focus on individual technique and strengths/weaknesses of the particular player.
