I work as a Director of Coaching and Soccer Scout/Agent for a Professional Agency. I work with athletes of all ages to reach all goals of all levels. Mainly for proper preparation into Universities and professional teams abroad. I have placed over 35 players on scholarships and 6 players into European tryouts. It is about overall growth and development on and off the field to endure the challenges by strength through adversity. Also, the development of mind and how to become mentally sound on and off the pitch. It is essential to master the technical aspects of the game with incorporation of the psychological components. The two go hand in hand and the mental side is and visualization is key.

7 years as a Professional Soccer Player in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Belgium, England, Italy, Germany) and the MLS (Chicago Fire preseason). Full Soccer Scholarship to San Diego State University. Represented the USA youth National teams and Jamaican national team in the u-20 World Cup. Also, began playing youth career in Germany and making it to the German National u-14 pool, while competing in the youth Bundesliga teams in Germany.

My son was a goalie and by far the last player off the bench when it came to becoming a field player. At 8 years old he was in love with the game but was extremely shy. Upon meeting Coach Omar the changes could be seen almost immediately. He taught my son to be a master on the ball and incorporated first touch, passing, and manipulation of the ball with intense repetition. Also, he held him responsible for being confident and to believe in his abilities. It has a been a total transformation on the field as well as off the field. My son is confident in his abilities and stands tall and speaks with definitive statements. He has become a leader by example and by teaching others. He has taken the advice and become a student to the game watching game film and studying his position and mistakes. There is no coach more invested nor a coach who is a more efficient communicator.
