I have experience training basketball camps with kids of all ages. I have 1 on 1 experience training 9-15 year olds. I generally work with small forwards-centers but have experience with all positions. Have worked with boys and girls.

I graduated high school at Delasalle High school in downtown Minneapolis. I played all 4 years on Varisty. I started in every game 3 of my 4 years. Was captain of the team for 2 years and in those years went to state and was named all conference team. I then received basketball offers from every divison, ultimately made the choice to play at the University of Illinois springfield. I started as a freshman, averaging a near double-double. I also have 3 division 1 brothers, one who attended Harvard to play Basketball and another who played at Stanford, then played at University of Kentucky, and Princeton university. I have trained with them on multiple occasions and am skilled to coach both boys and girls.

I design specific workout sessions depending on your position and age/skill level. I will first asses what I believe you need improvement on and design a plan from there. My sessions are geared toward making sure you are first and foremost fundamentally stable, then we will add in conditioning, weights and skill work for your position.
