I've been in the fitness industry since 2007 I've coached people in losing weight, getting off medications, provided physical activity opportunities for clients of behavioral health, coached clients that have been newly diagnosed with Diabetes. Trained Navajo Nation Police recruits for the P.O.P.A.T and currently im training clients in Mobility , beginning bodyweight exercises and strength and conditioning. physical training for weight loss is the primary goal, that im currently coaching for my clients.

highlight for me was coaching six man football for our local high school. it was a fun experience, i would defiantly do it again if i was given the chance.

Each client is different and requires information specific to that client, as a cookie cutter type of session plan it would look like this
1 hour and 15 minutes session
1. MOBILITY & STRETCHING, get the body primed and warmed up for movement and load training. 10 minutes or longer if the clients needs.
2. BODY WEIGHT TRAINING, movement of the body using the clients body weight for resistance, address any imbalances or recovery from injury. 10 mins
3 STRENGTH TRAINING, establish a foundation of strength for the client through resistance training, 30 mins
4. FAT BURNING SESSION, combination of cardio and relative strength training for Maximum Calorie expenditure and Fat loss. 10 mins
5. COOL DOWN AND CONSULTATION, with client, this is where communication of the goals and progress are talked about. 15 mins or more if it is needed.
