More About Coach Nick

Coaching Experience:
I have experience coaching at every level. My experience includes being able to be the head coach of Harlaxton College while living in England. Currently I am the Athletic Coordinator and head coach at Kranz Junior High in Dickinson, TX. Overall my teams have a record of 53-1 over the last 3 years. In addition to this I have experience being a assistant varsity coach, as well as coaching at the junior varsity and freshmen levels. I have also coached several club teams at the middle school level. I have experience coaching in the AAU circuit and I have worked several basketball camps at Marquette University under Tom Crean, the University of Wisconsin under Bo Ryan, and also at Marian University.

Playing Experience:
College: 4 year starting point guard and captain of men's basketball team at Marian University.
High School: Wisconsin State All-Star and leader of Conference Championship and State Tournament qualifying teams in Wisconsin.

I plan my sessions based on the goals set by the athlete and myself. The first session I will put the athlete through an entire workout which will include ball handling drills, shooting drills, post work, footwork drills, and depending on age, stength and agility drills. This will give me an idea of the athletes strengths and weaknesses and I will plan my workouts from there. I want the athlete to come to me with goals so we have something to strive for.
