I have 15 + years training students and adults the game and skills to play basketball.

I played three consistent years of high school basketball and college where I competed on a NAIA level. I also competed at a recreational level.
MVP (Junior Varsity)
Upon initial completion of a students basketball skills assessment,l the student will work on:
-light warm up consisting of stretching and jump rope drills
-light running drills
-shooting, dribbling, passing and learning defensive drills
-cone drills: we use cone drills to build speed and learn the fundamental awareness of the court
