More About Coach Nathan

Have earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree in Exercise Science from University of Texas at San Antonio. Gained experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Texas A&M Football team and UTSA Basketball team. Certified as an NCSA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), NASM-Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) & Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), USA Weightlifting (USAW), and BLS-CPR/AED. Work with every sport with emphasis on Basketball, Football, and Baseball ages 5-35 years old. Experienced with youth, High School, Collegiate, and Professional athletes for each sport.

Experienced with Basketball both as an athlete and as a coach. Worked with a variety of Basketball athletes from the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional level.

Athletes will first be evaluated on current fitness level. Upon assessment athletes will receive customized training program tailored to their specific needs. Workouts will be 1 hour in length, consisting of warm-up, leading into the assigned training for that day, followed by a cool-down to promote recovery. Special consideration can be taken towards Performance training which includes speed development, plyometrics, agility, skills training. Corrective training which includes mobility, flexibility, stability, injury prevention training. As well as Strength training using the unique equipment provided in the facility found only in professional training centers.
