I have coached players of all ages, levels, and positions for the past 10 years. This past fall I finished my second year coaching at the college level. I was named assistant coach of the year and helped lead the team to conference. Before that I was a head high school coach and a head club coach running camps, clinics and top teams.

Former Division 1 middle for the University of Montana. I also played overseas in Thailand after graduating. I have played multiple positions in the front and back row.

I like to begin with a dynamic warm up as to prevent any injury. Then whatever the player wishes to work on, we will break it down, step by step and get repetition. I find it is also important to show the players their habits so I like to film different drills for the players to look back on.
