- 12+ years of experience coaching/training athletes in Martial Arts (Taekwondo)
- 5 years experience in training athletes on speed, strength and coordination
- Coached at Nationals, US Open, International Tournaments, State Championships, etc.
- worked at a Martial Arts school for 15+ years and now have my own studio.
- Work with any age but emphasize mostly on kids ages 8-12 and Teens & Adults.
- Competed and medalist at California State Championship, Nationals, countless local tournaments
- Competed from ages 8 through 22 and now full time coach
Outline of class session is based on client goals such as: get in shape, learn self-defense, increase speed and coordination, etc.
All classes will start with light warm up to get the blood flowing to the legs, stretch, then start main objective of the class.
