I have coached at one of the biggest high schools in AL and won state championships and now I am coaching at the collegiate level at Schreiner University. I have trained numerous athletes from all different ages.

In high school, we won 2 state championships. I went on to play Division 1 basketball at Samford University where we fell short of a Championship but went on to play in the WNIT. In college, I was the leading 3 pt shooter in the history of the school. Also, had all tournament team awards from each conference tournament we were in. After college, I went to Germany and played where we also won a Championship and I was awarded the MVP.

In any workout, we will always start with ball handling considering it’s one of the most important parts of the game. Then, we will work on footwork (for dribbling) and footwork within your shot. We will progress to form shooting so we can see where your mechanics are and what we need to break down. We can incorporate different games so we can keep it fun yet focus on drills that will benefit your athlete everyday.
